From the app, Profile → Contact support opens an email with your account and app version already filled in.
Nobody from Mindera will ever ask for your recovery phrase. Anyone who does is not us — do not share it.
Open the bot, tap Money, then Withdraw. You confirm the transfer on your phone. The exchange keeps $1 on each withdrawal.
Open it and tap Pause. You choose whether its open trades finish on their own or close right away. A paused bot also disappears from Explore.
Sign in with the same account, then open Profile → Restore wallet and enter your recovery phrase. Your bots’ wallets come back with it. Without the phrase no one, including us, can reach the money in them.
Profile → Delete account. If a real-money bot still has an open trade, close it first. Money in your wallets is not touched and stays under the control of your recovery phrase.
