The rules for using Mindera, including the risks you take on when a bot trades real money.
These terms are an agreement between you and Sizze Inc., a Delaware corporation (“we”, “us”), and cover the Mindera app and the service behind it. By creating an account or using Mindera you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use Mindera.
How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
Mindera is software. It lets you set up bots — automated strategies that trade perpetual futures on Hyperliquid, a third-party exchange — either with your own money or with play money in practice mode. A bot places orders by following the strategy you chose; we make no decisions about your money.
We are not a broker, an exchange, a bank, a custodian, or an investment adviser. We do not hold your funds. Nothing in the app — including statistics, rankings, and other people’s bots — is investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or copy anything. You decide whether and how to trade.
Every real-money bot trades from its own wallet, created on your phone from your recovery phrase. The phrase and the keys it produces never leave your phone. To let a bot trade, you approve a separate agent key, which our servers use to open and close positions for that bot. The exchange does not allow an agent key to withdraw funds.
You alone are responsible for your recovery phrase. We never see it and cannot restore it. If you lose it together with your phone, no one — including us — can reach the money in your wallets.
You add and withdraw money yourself, with transfers you sign on your phone. Transactions on a blockchain are final: we cannot reverse, cancel, or refund them, including ones sent to a wrong address.
Bots trade perpetual futures with leverage. Leverage multiplies losses as well as gains: a move against a position can liquidate it, and you can lose all the money you put into a bot, quickly. Only trade money you can afford to lose.
The app is free, and so are your own bots: we take no fee from their trades, your deposits, or your profits.
Copies of other bots are the one exception. When a copy closes a trade in profit, we take up to 1% of that profit, and never more than 0.1% of the trade’s size. Losing trades pay nothing. Hyperliquid collects this fee for us as a builder fee, and only after you approve it with a signature on your phone — without it, none can be charged.
Others charge their own fees: Hyperliquid charges trading fees and funding payments and keeps $1 on each withdrawal, and blockchain transfers cost network fees. Those go to them, not to us.
If we introduce or change a fee, we will show it in the app before it applies.
While a bot is running, it appears in Explore, where other users can see its name, avatar, results, positions, and trades — never your name, email, or wallet address. By running a bot you agree to this. Pausing or deleting the bot removes it from Explore.
Copying a bot creates a separate bot of yours with the same strategy settings, trading your own money in your own wallet. The original’s owner has no access to your copy and is not responsible for its results.
Bot names must not be offensive, impersonate anyone, or infringe anyone’s rights. We may rename a bot or remove it from Explore if its name breaks this rule.
Do not use Mindera to:
We work to keep bots running around the clock, but we do not promise that Mindera will be uninterrupted or free of errors. When it is the safer choice — during an exchange outage, or after we find a bug — we may stop bots from opening new positions. We may change or discontinue features.
If we ever shut Mindera down, we will tell you in the app in advance. Your money stays in your wallets either way, under the control of your recovery phrase.
You can stop at any time by deleting your account in Profile → Delete account. If a real-money bot still has an open position, close it first.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or when the law requires it. We will tell you why, unless we are not allowed to. Sections 04 to 06 and 11 to 14 continue to apply after the agreement ends.
Mindera is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise any trading result.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Sizze Inc. is not liable for trading losses, liquidations, or lost profits; for losses caused by Hyperliquid, blockchain networks, or other third parties; for losses from a lost recovery phrase or a compromised phone; or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability for all claims relating to Mindera is limited to US$100.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
You agree to cover our reasonable costs arising from claims caused by your breach of these terms or of the law.
Your licence to the app itself comes from Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add the rules for the service behind it. Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the service or for supporting it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring them in your local courts.
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect. If you keep using Mindera after that, the new terms apply. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
